Changing jobs is one of the most stressful situations and actors change jobs more than anyone. Add a divorce, and things can really get nuts.

On the most recent podcast of The Celebrity Dinner Party with Elysabeth Alfano, actresses Alex Kapp (The New Adventures of Old Christine) and Tricia O'Kelley (Devious Maids, The New Adventures of Old Christine) dish with me on acting and finding roles for women in their forties, while being full-time Moms.

Over my version of Artichoke Quinoa Paella and Mustard Potato Salad and lots and lots of wine, the conversations flow about dating after divorce and life's unpredictable twists and turns. Belly up and listen in below. For more on Alex and Tricia, see below.

Alex Kapp and Tricia O'kelley are actresses who met on the set of The New Adventures of Old Christine, both co-starring opposite Julia Louis-Dreyfus. In addition, Alex has appeared on TV shows Party of Five, JAG, Seinfeld, Friends, ER, Will & Grace, Happy Endings, Drop Dead Diva, Two and a Half Men, I Didn't Do It, and Baby Daddy.

Tricia has also appeared on Frasier, Suddenly Susan, Everybody Loves Raymond, Two and a Half Men, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Back to You, Malcolm in the Middle, and a recurring role in the family drama series Gilmore Girls. She was cast for second season of the Lifetime comedy-drama series, Devious Maids.
