According to TMZ, Iverson’s ex-wife, Tawanna Iverson, has filed court documents stating that the former NBA All-star has refused to return their five children (ranging from 3 to 16 years old) to her custody following a vacation from May 22-26. The former couple had made arrangements to exchange the children at a local Target on June 4, however the 38-year-old Hampton, VA-native was a no show. Tawanna believes that the children are being held at a Sheraton Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.

According to the report, Tawanna is also concerned for the kids' safety due to Iverson’s alleged alcohol abuse.

The report adds to the ongoing legal battles between the two, who settled their divorce earlier this year with Tawanna receiving a $3 million lump sum, child support and a percentage of the future profits of his Reebok endorsement.

In addition to the most recent court documents, earlier this month Tawanna demanded that Iverson be thrown in jail for failure to pay $40,000 in back child support.
