Amazon sells pretty much everything you could ever need. Thus, you may not be surprised to learn that seemingly every conceivable gift is on sale at Amazon for Black Friday.

For all of Thanksgiving week, the world's largest online retailer is offering discounts on (to name only a few categories) toys, jewelry, cameras, kitchen appliances and computers. The sales are happening all week, with different, limited-supply deals each day starting on Sunday, Nov. 24. Amazon says that a new deal is released every 10 minutes.

Throughout the season, as always, Amazon deals are available on mobile and through the AmazonSmile program, which gives 0.5 percent of the price of eligible Amazon products to the charity of your choice when you shop. You can choose from charities like the American Red Cross and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Black Friday has historically been a huge day for Amazon. Last year the site set a new record with $1 billion in sales on Black Friday. In 2011, Amazon set another record by selling four times as many Kindles on Black Friday as it had on that day the year before.

Those numbers are a lot to live up to, but thankfully, even if Amazon's sales on Black Friday don't make huge waves this year, there's always Cyber Monday.
