Working on the GRAMMY Awards is a true honor every year, but being part of The 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards was an experience that none of us who worked on the show will ever forget. In the wake of the telecast receiving six Emmy nominations -- the most ever in one year for a GRAMMY telecast, I wanted to invite all of you to see "Death In The Family: The Show Must Go On" a revealing look behind the scenes of this year's Grammy Award show.

This short film includes interviews with with our brilliant host LL Cool J, Dave Grohl, Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Hudson, Joe Walsh, Recording Academy President/CEO Neil Portnow, and GRAMMY telecast executive producer Ken Ehrlich, as well as director Louis J. Horvitz, co-producer Terry Lickona, talent producer Chantel Sausedo, and -- perhaps most excitingly of all to me -- me.

So please take a look back at a very musical night to remember, and let me know what you think.

Watch it here.
