'Anger Management': Lacey Prepares To Back Nolan By Beating His Girlfriend With A Giant Spoon (VIDEO)

With this first 10-episode season winding down, "Anger Management" (Thu., 9:30 p.m. ET on FX) is using the opportunity to try and flesh out some of the members of Charlie's anger management groups. Last week, fans got to explore the complex reality of one of his inmate patients, while this week it was Nolan's turn to shine.

In doing so, Lacey got a breakout moment, as the show inches ever closer and closer to the inevitable hook-up between the two.

Charlie continued to meddle a bit too much in his patients' personal lives when he crashed Nolan's date. He outed Nolan as a patient in the process and things could have ended right there. But Charlie had to convince the woman to give Nolan another chance.

Apparently, this sequence of events flipped a switch in her, and she became even angrier and crazier than anyone in the group. When Nolan sought refuge from her with Charlie, Lacey showed up to help. She even set out with a giant spoon to beat down the woman for harassing Nolan.

In the end, Nolan handled it himself, and it almost worked. Until the woman got in her car and proceeded to chase him that is.

"Anger Management" chugs along every Thursday at 9:30 p.m. ET on FX, inching ever closer to that 90-episode order.
