One woman has decided to swap her kettlebells for cabernet.

April Storey, a stay-at-home mom and spinning instructor, has invented a workout that has legs -- wine legs that is.

The 24-year-old combined her love for exercise and vino by creating a happy-go-lucky wine workout video that’s gone viral.

The 16-second clip features Storey using bottles as weights and taking sips of boozy-goodness while doing pushups. Ever since it was posted to her Facebook page on Jan. 1, it has gone viral receiving 18 million views and over 240,000 shares.

“The idea came to me on New Year's Eve while my daughter was napping and I was getting ready to workout in my home like I normally do,” Storey told The Huffington Post. “We had bought a case of wine for a get-together with our friends later that evening and I thought it would be fun to incorporate the wine into my workout! I typically include everyday, household items into my workouts and that day just happened to be my wine bottles.”

After the popularity of her first vino video, Storey decided to post another cava-rific clip last week to commemorate National Drink Wine Day on Feb. 18. This time instead of working her upper body, she opted for lunges and squats:

Since today is #nationalwineday I thought it was only fitting to post another #wineworkout - this time focusing on #lowerbody lace up your shoes, pour a glass, and let's celebrate together (disclaimer: always drink responsibly and in moderation). #wine #winelover #nationaldrinkwineday #bestdayever

As for future videos, Storey has a few ideas. She is going to come out with a partner wine workout video soon, and others that incorporate household objects, like “that full laundry basket you're procrastinating folding” and kids’ toys.

Speaking of kiddos, Storey already uses her 1-year-old daughter, Brielle, for a few of her workouts:

“I wanted to illustrate that healthy living can be incorporated into our everyday lives using everyday household items, like soup cans or wine bottles. I'm trying to eliminate excuses like, ‘I can't afford it,’ or ‘I don't have equipment,’” she said.

Yet, this isn’t the only message she hopes people take away from her fun videos. The mom, who drinks 5-ounce glasses of cab or red blends about two to three times week -- and works out five to six times a week -- also wants people to realize that you can have health goals and still enjoy the things you love.

“Every so often I treat myself to my favorite candy and it's OK to do this because the vices we love like bread, candy and wine are not bad for us when we are smart about our choices and use moderation,” Storey said. “I've lived a lifestyle where I tried to deprive myself of those things and I happened to be 30 lbs heavier than I am right now.”

So, to those who have criticized her tongue-and-cheek approach to exercise and diet, Storey says put a cork in it.

“When you know the deeper message I am sending, you will see I am just trying to raise awareness for healthy living,” she said. “I also might tell them maybe have a drink?”
