Bette Midler is taking a stand. The iconic performer took to Twitter on Wednesday to speak out on gun reform.

Midler has been vocal about her politics in the past, donating to democratic campaigns and using her Twitter as a sounding board for her views on controversial issues. The 67-year-old's latest stance compared the availability of guns to that of health insurance, angering some conservative publications.
