Blagojevich 'Upbeat, Positive': Spokesman (VIDEO)

Despite the chorus calling for his resignation, Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich spent Thursday at his Chicago office attempting to convey what his spokesman Lucio Guerrero called a "return to normalcy."

Guerrero said Blagojevich was considering signing some bills, though he would not say which ones, and involved in state budget issues, again without any specifics. He described the governor's mood as "upbeat, positive" and said Blagojevich has not talked about resigning.
