Jon Bon Jovi Is Asking $42 Million For His New York City Home (PHOTO)

And here we thought he lived in New Jersey, full-time.

Looks like Jon Bon Jovi really is planning a runaway.

The singer is reportedly selling his New York duplex. (For real this time.) The New York Post first reported the "quiet" listing back in 2011, when the asking price was allegedly $45 million. But it seems like the cat's officially out of the bag, and the singer slashed the price to $42 million.

According to Corcoran, the 7,452-square-foot home has five bathroom and five and a half baths. The stunning penthouse also has 11 foot ceilings, hardwood floors and not one, but three terraces. Check out the photo of the stunning exterior of the cast iron Soho building, courtesy of Property Shark.

If Bon Jovi gets away with this price, he would make almost double what he paid for the place in 2007.

Head over to the New York Post and Corcoran for more information and photos of the stunning property and click through our photos of Bon Jovi through the years.
