Brandon Marshall Calls Out Ndamukong Suh For Hit On Jay Cutler (VIDEO)

According to the NFL, Ndamukong Suh's brutal takedown of Jay Cutler broke no rules, even if the Lions' defensive tackle appeared to nearly break the Bears' quarterback. After Chicago's 13-7 win over Detroit on "Monday Night Football," Cutler and Bears coach Lovie Smith conceded that Suh's hit was clean.

But not everyone on the Bears agrees.

Wide receiver Brandon Marshall took to Twitter following the win and vented his feelings about Suh's body slam.

On Tuesday morning, Marshall went on ESPN's "First Take" and explained why he considered Suh's takedown to be a "dirty" play.

"Last night the leg whip that Ndamukong Suh placed on our quarterback Jay Cutler, that was dirty. That was dirty," he said, via ESPN Chicago. "He can be one of the best D-tackles that ever done it, but he cannot do that that way. If you look at it, c'mon man, this is not wrestling. You don't do that. That's not clean."

Suh, who has a reputation for being a dirty player, defended the hit shortly after the loss but understood that some would perceive it as an unsportsmanlike play.

"People are always going to have their opinions. It's not going to hurt my feelings," Suh told Vaughn McClure of the Chicago Tribune after the loss. "I'm never a person to injure anybody and take anybody out of the game."

Regardless of Suh's intentions, this play did temporarily take Cutler out of the game. He would, however, return and pilot the Bears to a key division win.
