Bruno Serato Of The White House Restaurant In Anaheim

A Restaurateur & Non-Profit Founder: Day In The Life Of Chef Bruno (PHOTOS)

Bruno Serato is a chef and the owner of the Anaheim White House Restaurant. But on top of that, he cooks meals for 200 homeless kids every night, under his nonprofit Caterina's Club--part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Anaheim.

Late last year, Katie Couric aired a segment about Serato's foundation. Donations came flooding in (to the tune of $20,000), and business at his restaurant doubled. Serato says, "Now I have two jobs. I take care of my restaurant, which I love, but I am also dedicated to serving the motel children a delicious hot meal every night. Sometimes I wish I could be cloned, just so I could take a one hour break."

We followed Chef Serato around for a day to see how he fits it all in.
