Man Arrested For DUI While Wearing Breathalyzer T-shirt

Bryan Wendler's sixth arrest for Driving Under the Influence may have been his most ironic.

Wendler was arrested on charges of drunken driving after deputies in Marathon County, Wis., found the 30-year-old's Chevrolet Cavalier parked in the middle of the road with the engine still running.

When deputies took a look inside the car, they saw the suspect passed out at the wheel, according to The Smoking Gun.

Police said Wendler blew a .19 on the breathalyzer test, which is more than than twice the legal limit, according to Sun News Network.

At the time of his arrest, Wender was wearing a shirt that read "Been Drinking? Free Breathalyzer Test: Blow Here," with an arrow pointing directly at his crotch, according to MSN.com.

Wendler is scheduled for his preliminary hearing on January 30, and if convicted, this will be Wendler's sixth DUI. He also faces a probation violation and a Driving While License Revoked charges for this most recent brush with the law, Alaska Native News reported.
