It's not a surprise that Fox News swamped all of the other cable news channels in the November ratings -- it tends to do that every month. However, there were some surprises to be found in this month's ranking -- chief among them that "Special Report With Bret Baier," which has been the fourth-highest rated show in cable news for what seems like forever, vaunted into second place, moving past Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck. Elsewhere, the ratings stayed pretty stable, though some shows, such as "Morning Joe," have been showing steady gains over the past couple of months.
