Calf Gets Head Stuck In Toilet

BAD MOOOVE! Calf Gets Head Stuck In Toilet

There's a calf in Australia who may be understandably flushed with embarrassment after getting it's head stuck in a fiberglass toilet.

Animal experts in Bingelly, New South Wales, believe the calf got into the crappy situation while searching for food.

"We believe that the toilet was left outside as rubbish and the calf became stuck in the bowl by trying to eat grass that had grown through it,” Donna Morgan, an inspector for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals' New South Wales office, told News.com.au.

After locals failed to free the calf from its crappy situation, RSPCA officials tranquilized the animal and removed the commode with a saw, Geobeats reported.

The animal suffered some irritation from having the commode around its neck, but is expected to make a full recovery.

When animals find themselves in strange places, it makes headlines.

In April, an elk with a tire around its neck was recently spotted in a Morrison, Colo. front yard, but officials decided not to remove it because she was pregnant.

In March, two birds in the Florida Keys were found with beer cans stuck around their necks.

In February, Sonji Coney Williams was driving about 60 mph on the Florida Turnpike near Yeehaw Junction when she struck a bird that didn't move out of the road.

She felt bad about hitting it, but was startled the next day when she noticed it had gotten stuck in the grille of her truck.

Back in December, a British fox got, well, outfoxed when it tried to climb through a hole in a VW wheel and ended up getting its head stuck, requiring a rescue from area firefighters.
