The nominees for the 12th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards are in, and the best designers of the silver screen and the tube will be honored on February 25, 2010 (scroll down to see the full roundup of nominees)--but in the meantime, we'd like to invent our own category based on the CDG's list: Best Costume Design of the Year.
