WATCH: Courtroom Fight Upends Shooting Case

A full-scale rumble overtook an Indiana courthouse on Tuesday as supporters of an accused shooting suspect scuffled with the supporters of a victim, according to WBIW.

The brawl immediately followed a preliminary hearing for William Mallory, a 21-year-old accused of killing one person and wounding two others near a Terre Haute bar on Friday.

Mallory was charged with murder, attempted murder, aggravated battery and carrying a gun without a permit in the Vigo County courthouse. The fracas broke out when a woman was heard yelling "he doesn't have...blood on him," radio station WIBQ reported.

The melee spilled out from the courtroom with participants allegedly throwing chairs, according to WTHI.

Video shows people grappling and shoving in the hallways. No one was seriously hurt, ABC 57 reported.

Several suspects were arrested, including a 17-year-old woman who allegedly tried to hide a knife beneath shrubs outside the courthouse, according to WIBQ.
