"Mann v. Ford" -- part of HBO's summer series of documentaries -- follows the Ramapough Indians' lawsuit against Ford. A bit of backstory -- Ford dumped industrial waste, such as paint sludge, into their backyard between 1967 and 1971. Children began playing with the sludge, and the negative health effects snowballed from there. We're guessing this will be an enlightening, and depressing, look into environmental carelessness that is sadly not all that uncommon. "Mann v. Ford" premieres on HBO on Monday, July 18, at 9 p.m.

NPR has a first listen of Swedish band Little Dragon's third album, "Ritual Union," available to stream in full until the album drops on July 26. This blend of electronic music and soul functions both as dance music and sit-back-and-relax music -- the blend we've always been looking for.

The World Series of Poker ends. According to their site, "Only 57 players remain alive." Clearly, this is life or death, and we're game to play along with this melodrama. This series always proves to be entertaining and edge-of-your-seat thrilling, so there's no way we're missing the final showdown Tuesday night at 8 p.m. on ESPN.

We love a good sci-fi drama, and the premise of "Another Earth" -- a world in which another Earth is orbiting our own -- sounds like just the right amount of weird. In case you missed in, HuffPost reporter Lucas Kavner sat down with the film's star, Brit Marling, who, by the way, is a former banker turned writer/actor. Are you intrigued? "Another Earth" is out in theaters this Friday, July 22.

Zach Braff wrote a play. There's more. "All New People" is about a heartbroken man who finds refuge in a resort community in New Jersey, "interrupted by a motley parade of misfits who show up and change his plans." The film will star Justin Bartha, that guy from "The Hangover" who was barely in the movie -- you know, the fourth friend. Without knowing much about this play, Zach Braff plus this token amount of plot is enough to make us skeptical. "Garden State: Part II," anyone? "All New People," is currently in previews, and will officially open July 25.
