Dagestan Suicide Bombings (VIDEO): Second Bombing Caught On Camera

A pair of suicide bombings in the Dagestan region of Russia killed at least a dozen people Wednesday, the AP reports. The bombings were the second such attack in three days in Russia; on Monday, two female suicide bombers attacked Moscow's subway, in what was the first terrorist attacks to hit the city in over five years. Putin said today's attacks may have been organized by the same group behind Monday's bombings.

Russia Today, the government-run satellite news channel, has obtained mobile footage of the second of today's suicide bombings in the town of Kizlyar, which is near the border with Chechnya.

From the AP:

Grainy cell phone video footage posted on the life.ru news portal showed the moment of the second blast, with officials wandering past a destroyed building before a loud clap rings out and smoke rises in the distance. Television pictures later showed a few gutted cars, damaged buildings and a roughly 2-meter (six-foot) deep crater in the road.
