We all need help maintaining our personal spiritual practice. We hope that these Daily Meditations, prayers and mindful awareness exercises can be part of bringing spirituality alive in your life.
Today's meditation features a song by Tibetan folk singer Ngawang Lodup. The musician comes from a family of yak herders and learned his repertoire of mountain songs as a child. Ten years ago Lodup trekked 250 miles across the Himalayas to Nepal to escape Chinese repression. His music draws on his Tibetan heritage and demonstrates that a culture can persist even when fragmented.
