David Byrne, St. Vincent Announce 'Love This Giant'

David Byrne & St. Vincent Announce New Album, ‘Love This Giant’ Out September 11

David Byrne and St. Vincent (singer-songwriter Annie Clark) have formally announced their highly anticipated and long-awaited album together, Love This Giant. Their collaboration began three years ago when they were approached by Housing Works to write and perform a night of music together for charity.

In Clark’s words: “We decided to center the music around a brass band and began sending ideas back and forth in every form: wordless melodies, melody-less songs. After a while we had enough of a body of work that David, not one to do anything halfway, suggested we record it and put it out.”

Be sure to listen to their first single below, “Who,” which is funky, certainly horn-driven, and the best of both Byrne and Clark’s styles.

Their album drops in the US on September 11 and September 10 in the UK. See below for the duo's tour dates.
