Rep. David Jolly (R-Fla.) was reelected to Congress Tuesday from the state's 13th District in his first November general election.

Jolly beat Democrat Alex Sink in a special election in March. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary in August.

Democrats struggled to find a candidate to run against Jolly in the general election after Sink declined to mount another bid for the seat. The candidate Democrats found, Ed Jany, dropped out of the race in May.
