Dem Sees Personal Disrespect In GOP's Latest Obama Move

Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) argued that the Republican push to specifically restrict President Obama from transferring detainees from Gitmo showed a specific dislike for the president, and is probably unconstitutional.
