Diane Tucker Arrested For Allegedly Stealing Truck And Having Two Husbands

Woman's Alleged Truck-Buying Trickery Uncovers Her Secret LIfe With Two Husbands

A little car trouble revealed that there were problems at home too for a Georgia woman.

Cobb County sheriff's deputies investigating a woman who supposedly cheated a car dealership out of a truck claim she was also married to two men at the same time, according to the Cobb County Sheriff's Department.

Diane Tucker, 48, faces a slew of charges for canceling a $49,484 check she used to buy a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado and for being married to two men at once, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Before police caught up with Tucker on Oct. 6 for pulling a fast one on the auto salesman, she pawned off the pickup for $5,000, according to TV station WGCL.

The next day, authorities learned that there was a period where Tucker had two husbands. In 2004, she married Edwin Windelberg. That marriage didn't end in divorce until 2008 - almost a year after she'd wed Alexandro Saldivard, according to reports.

Authorities charged Tucker with bigamy, making false statements and theft by deception.
