This Poker Player Is Dead And Embalmed And He’s Not Bluffing

Naturally, there was a full house at the funeral.

He made the ideal poker player -- cold-blooded, inscrutable and calm.

Too bad he was dead.

At a bizarre wake in Puerto Rico Monday, family and friends dealt the embalmed corpse of Henry Rosario Martinez one last game in the pastime he adored, El Nuevo Dia reported.

Martinez, 31, decked out in a Yankees jacket and hat, is shown in the video above receiving two Aces, a heckuva starting hand that he can presumably analyze for eternity.

"I want him to be remembered as a happy person because he was always like that," his mother said, according to reports.

The funeral home was flush with pride to have Martinez cash out there.

"It's the first time we ever did this here," Jose Melendez of Eterna Luz Funeral Services said, per outlets. "But we take it as something normal because this kind of thing has been done in other parts of our country."

Indeed, a murder victim made news in October by "playing" dominoes at his wake.

Martinez reportedly died from drugs and alcohol. May he be in the chips from here on in.
