A garbage truck in New Jersey was caught on video smoking, bursting into flames and eventually exploding "like a missile" on Tuesday.
No one was injured, but NJ.com reported that the blast damaged at least four homes.
The truck was powered by natural gas, and one of the four tanks shot off like a rocket into a home, the website reported.
"The tank that exploded was like a missile," Hamilton police Capt. James Stevens told NJ.com.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
