Jodie Sweetin’s ex fiancé Justin Hodak is headed to the big house.

After the “Fuller House” star called off their engagement in March, Hodak has been involved in multiple clashes with law, stemming from the fallout of their breakup.

In a Van Nuys, California, court last Friday, Hodak was sentenced to six years and eight months in a state prison after pleading “no contest” to multiple charges, according to Entertainment Tonight.

He was reportedly found guilty of possession of a deadly weapon and falsifying evidence by threatening a witness with force or implied force. Upon his release, he will be placed on probation for five years. Hodak is also mandated to complete a 52-week domestic violence program, as well as adhere to a protective order that prohibits him from releasing any videos or photos of Sweetin.

In March alone, Hodak was arrested three separate times due to unsettling incidents involving his former fiancée. Days after ending their engagement, Sweetin called the police after Hodak allegedly threatened to commit suicide. Authorities found a 9 mm semiautomatic gun in the residence belonging to Hodak. Hodak is a convicted felon, which makes possessing a firearm illegal.

Sweetin claimed Hodak was also under the influence of alcohol and drugs at the time and became physically violent. She was granted a restraining order, but Hodak later returned to the actress’ property and was arrested on two other occasions for violating the order.

After their split and Hodak’s arrests, Sweetin took to Instagram to thank her fans for their support during the difficult time with a sweet photo of herself and her two daughters, Zoie and Beatrix.

“Thank you so much to everyone who has reached out over the past two weeks. It’s definitely been a roller coaster, but with amazing family, friends and fans, I’ll be just fine!” she wrote. “These two little loves are my everything and we will make it through!! Thank you for all the love!!”

The Huffington Post has reached out to Sweetin’s representatives and will update the post accordingly.
