Beverly Hilton Executive Chef Suki Sugiura and Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Henzi unveiled the menu for the upcoming Golden Globe Awards on Thursday, with a menu preview at the Beverly Hills Hilton. Sigiura demonstrated how to prepare and plate the event's appetizer, which features Grilled Eggplant with Edamame and Red Pepper, Hummus with Marinated Artichoke and Arugula. He also unveiled the entree, consisting of Combination Entrée of Grilled Beef Tenderloin of Beef with Caramelized Fennel Marmalade and a Sautéed Mild Chili Sesame Crusted Filet of Pacific Sea Bass with a light cream of fine Herb Turmeric Lemon Grass Sauce, Black Risotto Parmesan, and Young Bok Choy, Haricot Vert and Baby Carrots.

Henzi then demonstrated how the awards show's desserts were prepared, pairing a California Almond Cake & Chocolate Royaltine Crunch Triangle & Fresh Berry Tart with Raspberry Coulis, Orange & Vanilla Chantilly Crème topped with a Chocolate Butterfly Silhouette. He added decorative gold almond pearls for a fittingly decadent finish.

The Beverly Hilton's forty chefs and 110 members of its culinary staff will serve these three courses to 1,300 attendees of the 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards, which takes place in the hotel's International Ballroom on Sunday, January 16, and airs live on NBC.
