How To Make A Margarita

The Margarita: A Better Way To Cool Down Than A/C

The dog days of summer are here and man oh man is it hot outside. This time of year we like to cool down with a beverage containing the following: large ice cubes, fresh citrus, and (preferably) a hefty dose of some type of quality spirit. We used to stay away from ordering margaritas when out--they're usually made from a mix or with triple sec and are typically too sweet. But ever since our very own Foodist wrote about his Agave Margarita back in our May issue, it's been our go-to summer afternoon drink at home.

The BA video team, with the help of the Foodist, put together this how-to video. If you don't want to finish off your summer with a batch of agave margaritas after watching this, we may need to reconsider our video strategy. Or maybe you're watching a different video. -- Matt Duckor
