Continuing the vein of darkness, we present you with the New Yorker's video which explores the creative process of Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro.

Del Toro was a morbid child, who tortured slugs and practiced black magic. When he became an adult, he went to film school and eventually became a director and producer, whose credits include "Hellboy," "Pan's Labyrinth," and "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark."
