Very often it's you, the members of the community, who bring our attention to issues and possible bugs, so I'm pleased to announce that we're launching a "HuffPost Status" page to keep you updated, in real-time, on all that's happening backstage. The page will allow us to directly communicate our responses to your concerns and let you know how we're implementing your advice.
It works like this: our community support staff will be posting the latest information about your technical questions and concerns that are received through the
, and how we're handling them. We think "HuffPost Status" will make it easier for you to know what we're working on. That said, please
. It's your opinions and your voices that make our community so vibrant.
If you notice something that seems wrong, or you think could use tweaking, please:
- Visit HuffPost Backstage to see if the problem is related to an update being made to the site or to one of our existing features.
- If it's not, please check to see if the problem has already been reported by visiting the Status Page.
- If you don't see anything in either place, look on the Status Page for a link that enables you to report bugs directly to our tech team.
We hope our new system makes reporting issues easier, while giving you a clearer sense of how we're working to improve the site. As always, thank you.
