It was the season finale of "I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding" and that meant it was finally time for that wedding. In his vows, Gregg slipped in a line that acknowledged the tumultuous past of the couple, while making a new vow. "I’ll never hurt this woman again," he said. It was sincere, but NeNe guffawed nonetheless.
They even got TV's Judge Jo Mathis to officiate their union. Writing for the Examiner, Tamara Gowans thought the wedding was "phenomenal." She added, "Gregg is humorous and poetic expressing his love for NeNe during the exchange of their vows. The cameras cut to the crowd wiping away tears and giving their opinion on how lovely they look.”
It had better have been a beautiful ceremony, as the big day reportedly cost $1.8 million. And don't worry, it won't be long until we can follow the happy couple into the next chapter of their lives together. NeNe and the other stars of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" reunite for the Season 6 premiere on Sunday, November 3.
