Apple's new iPad is all the rage today, but will it be tomorrow? The iPad will be available in a variety of forms, including 16GB, 32Gb and 64GB, as well as a WiFi enabled and a WiFi + 3G version. The WiFi enabled devices will come free of additional charge and will retail for as little as $499, while the 3G enabled iPad's, which will hit market in April, will carry a $30 a month unlimited data fee. Once again, Apple is partnering with AT&T for access to its 3G network.

One of the biggest issues associated with the much hyped iPad is typing. While typing with one hand while holding it upright is possible, typing with two hands when in landscape mode is nearly impossible if your trying to also hold the iPad. Steve Jobs demonstrated typing while sitting down, cross legged, holding the device against his leg. If users don't adapt to using the iPad in different scenarios, it may not catch on like many predicted it would.

Apple also unveiled a new bookstore, which is charing $14.99 for a digital copy of a book. While it is charging slightly more than Amazon, the books will be available in color, as opposed to only black and white on the Kindle. In the end, it may not be the Kindle, or even netbook, killer many have been praising.
