Jerry Rice House Back On The Market After Lawsuit (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Niners Legend's Mega-Mansion For Sale

After a highly publicized real estate lawsuit, 49er legend Jerry Rice's Atherton mansion is back on the market for the fourth time--gift-wrapping room and all.

The Huffington Post reported on the estate back in 2011 when a botched sale led to a messy legal battle. And now that the dust has settled, we can continue drooling over the place, which is now $500,000 cheaper at $10.5 million.

The home, which was featured in Haute Living, includes seven bedrooms and 11 baths, a gourmet kitchen, a movie theater, an elevator, a full gym with steam room, sauna and cold plunge, a game room with full bar and an office.

Outside is a guesthouse, a fabulous al fresco dining area with stone hearth and an outdoor pool on 1.4 acres in one of the country's most expensive zip codes.
