'Jersey Shore': Mike, The Situation Talks About Rehab At Family Dinner (VIDEO)

'Jersey Shore': The Situation Opens Up About Rehab

"Jersey Shore" (Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on MTV) is back for its sixth and final season, but things certainly have changed. Snooki is pregnant, and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is sober, having completed rehab after realizing he had an addiction to prescription pain pills.

During the shoremates' family dinner in the Season 6 premiere, Mike opened up about his battle. "I put my hands up. I was like, 'Man, I can't do this no more.' That was it. I had to fix the problem. I went away for 34 days," he said. The rest of the "Jersey Shore" cast then proceeded to raise their glasses to Mike.

"When he gave his little speech and told us about his sobriety, we fell in love with Mike all over again," JWoww told HuffPost TV of that moment. "And we're extremely proud of him because he was finally himself during filming and this is probably his best season ever."

The sixth and final season of "Jersey Shore" continues on MTV on Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET.
