Jimmy Kimmel had some fun Tuesday night at the expense of Donald Trump over the president’s beef with French President Emmanuel Macron.

The “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” team convinced random people on the street that Trump was planning to send back the Statue of Liberty ― which was unveiled in New York Harbor in 1886 as a gift from the people of France.

Their reactions were mixed, but some Trump fans were very happy about the fake news.
