Jonathan Fabbro, Cerro Porteño Midfielder, Scores Impressive Goal In Copa Libertadores Semifinals (VIDEO)

Midfielder Scores Sensational Goal In International Club Competition

Jonathan Fabbro, an Argentinian midfielder for Paraguayan club Cerro Porteño, scored a very impressive goal against Brazilian club Santos on Wednesday night in the semifinals of the Copa Libertadores.

The strike came from far enough that the goal alone would have been worth watching, but it was the dribbling that got him into position to shoot that was as impressive as the shot itself. Especially noteworthy is the fluid pull-back move he uses to split two defenders when he first collects the ball.

In the end, however, Fabbro's goal wasn't enough, as Santos advanced to the finals of the esteemed international club competition that features the best teams from South and Central America. Santos will now face Uruguayan side C.A. Peñarol in the final.
