Kelly Clarkson's 'Tie It Up': Singer Goes Country In New Single

Kelly Clarkson Goes Country

Kelly Clarkson has gone all country on us. The latest single from the 31-year-old singer has leaked and it's a different sound for Clarkson.

Called "Tie It Up," the single has Clarkson crooning about a wedding over a country band. "Let’s set the date / Let’s hire a band / Let’s cut the cake / Tie up the cans / I love the ring of your name / You’re the ying to my yang / Oh baby let’s give it a shot / Every wall needs a frame / Every ball needs a chain / I’m talkin’ about tying the knot / Tie it up," Clarkson sings in the track. Clarkson tweeted about "Tie It Up," voicing her excitement about the song getting radioplay, saying, "So Go Country 105 just played my new country single "Tie It Up"!!!! Thank you Go Country!! I was having a rough day. Y'all made it better."

Earlier this year, Clarkson announced that she would be releasing a new album in "early 2014." No word from the artist as to whether "Tie It Up" will be the album's first single.
