Kiss Cam Breakup: Couple Appears To Split During Fresno Grizzlies Baseball Game (VIDEO)

WATCH: Did This Couple Actually Split On The Kiss Cam?

While the kiss camera may be a favorite for some sports-loving couples, it's a more dreaded pastime for others.

At a recent Fresno Grizzlies minor league baseball game, one feuding couple had their moment in the spotlight, but instead of cozying up for a smooch, the pair appear to break up.

Posted on the California team's Youtube channel Tuesday, the breakup is described thus:

At the Fresno Grizzlies game on May 3, 2013, we learn that not every relationship was meant to be put on the Jumbo-tron, but they all have a happy ending when Parker, the official mascot of the Fresno Grizzlies is there to help mend a broken heart.

But is it too good to be true? Some Reddit and Twitter users called "shenanigans," claiming the kiss cam breakup was staged -- either by the couple or officials associated with the Triple-A team. While there's no word from the pair, the baseball team's Twitter account responded to the allegations Tuesday:

Fake or not, the video itself is pretty entertaining. Watch it for yourself above and let us know if you think the kiss cam breakup was the real deal or an orchestrated performance.
