Lindsay Lohan Taking Shoplifting Classes But Still Hasn't Done Community Service (REPORT)

REPORT: Lindsay Lohan Is Taking Shoplifting Classes

She spent her summer partying with Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian, but has she been complying with the terms of her probation?

Actress Lindsay Lohan is scheduled to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner on October 19th for a progress report on how many hours of community service the troubled starlet has completed.

According to RadarOnline, Lohan has in fact been taking her court ordered shoplifting classes, but she's barely made a dent in the 360 hours of court-mandated community services at LA's Downtown Women's Center.

According to RadarOnline, a source confirms that Lohan has only completed 45 hours of service at the women's center and only has a year to comply with all the terms of her probation.

In April, the "Mean Girls" star was sentenced to 120 days in jail for violating the terms of her parole, after being charged with stealing a necklace from a Los Angeles jewelry store in February.

Lohan, who has served time behind bars before, ended up with a reduced sentence, which she was allowed to serve at home. As a non-violent offender the actress qualified for the house arrest program intended to alleviate prison overcrowding.

Lohan was freed of house arrest after 35 days, during which time she filmed a commercial for an online auction site and threw rooftop house parties that angered Judge Sautner, who was not pleased that Lohan was allowed to serve her sentence from home to begin with.

In addition to the shoplifting classes and 360 hours of service at the Women's Center, Lohan is required to complete 120 hours of community service at the L.A. County morgue.

And while drug and alcohol testing is no longer part of her probation terms, the actress must be proving her sobriety to someone. She was spotted leaving a drug testing clinic in L.A. on September 2nd.
