The tax man is calling for Lindsay Lohan again.

Lohan has reportedly been hit with a third tax bill, this time for 2011, according to TMZ.

The most recent tax problem to ensnare the 26-year-old is due to her allegedly failing to pay $56,717.90 in taxes to the State of California for 2011, TMZ reports. This sum is coupled with $140,203.30 in unpaid federal taxes from 2010 and $93,701.57 from 2009.

In December, Lohan's tax issues were revealed when the IRS seized her bank accounts in an attempt to secure the money owed. Charlie Sheen eventually came to his "Scary Movie 5" co-star's rescue with a $100,000 check and she was able to pay off her 2009 debt.

The "Canyons" actress's financial problems may not come as a surprise, but her flippant attitude toward big-paying jobs does.

Lohan allegedly turned down a $200,000 Mr. Pink’s Ginseng Energy Drink promotional appearance recently because she wanted double that offer.

“Lindsay wants $500k for an appearance in Dubai to promote Mr. Pink’s Ginseng Energy Drink, which executives at the company are balking at. Mr. Pink is prepared to offer the actress $200k, and would pay for all of LiLo’s travel expenses,” a source told RadarOnline.com.

“However, the trip might not happen at all because of Lindsay’s criminal past and current pending criminal charges," the source added. "Dubai has very strict laws about convicted criminals entering the country, and Lindsay is still on probation for a necklace theft case. Lindsay is very upset about her financial woes and doesn’t trust her new lawyer, Mark Heller, to handle the Dubai travel problem."

Lohan's rejection of such a significant offer is shocking, especially considering her measly "Canyons" paycheck. According to the New York Times, Lohan was only paid $100 per day for her time on the Paul Schrader set (including the day she disrobed for a four-way sex scene).
