Sure, lobbyists aren't typically known for their culinary skills and Chicago isn't known for its spectacular New Orleans-style grub, but Chicagoan Maze Jackson certainly belies such expectations.

The home cooking of Jackson, who works at the Roosevelt Group in his day job, was recently featured on AOL's "Anthony Eats America" for his take on barbecue shrimp, which renowned Chicago chef Clifford Rome of Rome Joy Catering said is among the best Chicago variations on the NOLA standard.

So what's his secret? First, Jackson told Anthony Anderson he makes sure to use head-on shrimp and, beyond that, you'll have to watch above.
