Michelle Obama sure loves to give out hugs. (Our arms are open wide, FLOTUS!)
The first lady extended a warm welcome to military mothers and their children at the White House today for the annual Mother's Day Tea. Honored guests were praised by Michelle and Jill Biden, Vice President Joe Biden's wife, for the sacrifices they've made to protect and serve our country.
They were also showered with Mother's Day gifts and cards crafted by their loved ones and a musical performance by jazz singer-songwriter and new mom Norah Jones. Who knew she had a 3-month-old?
Michelle looked like the hostess with the mostess in a shimmery shirtdress with an embroidered floral design and what appears to be a woven lurex bottom. A silver belt and nude heels were the perfect accessories for the festive occasion. And we see that the first lady is still sporting boyish brows and loose curls that accentuate her blonde highlights.
