Mile End Family Meal Tumblr Reveals What Staff Eats Before Work (PHOTOS)

While the rest of us are hunkered down in cubicles eating last night's leftovers, the folks at Mile End Delicatessen are apparently enjoying some awesome meals prepared by the restaurant's cooking crew for pre-workday grub.

So proud of their creations, the staff has put together a Mile End Family Meal Tumblr to showcase what they chow down on before working to create Mile End's signature Jewish cuisine for eager patrons.

According to Eater, Mile End has documented three months worth of family meals thus far, with everything from rainy day meatloaf to strawberry-bacon stuffed french toast to put our sad tupperware meals to shame.

We last caught up with the Brooklyn restaurant in April when Mile End owner Noah Bernamoff, along with some lucky friends and staff, took a pilgrimage to other classic Jewish establishments like Russ & Daughters and Sammy's Roumanian Steakhouse.
