Miley Cyrus Is Out To Shatter The Glass Ceiling In Unaired 'SNL' Sketch

And she's armed with shoulder pads and "business hair."

During an appearance on "Saturday Night Live," Miley Cyrus used her comedic chops to tackle sexism in the workplace.

In a sketch that was cut for time and parodied '80s sitcoms, Cyrus teamed up with cast member Aidy Bryant to become the "Women Workplace Warriors." Armed with shoulder pads and "business hair," the duo uses superhero-like moves including "career and family balance blast" and "unafraid to ask for help hit" to shatter the glass ceiling and bring equality to the workplace. Oh, and transform their misogynistic bosses into a chopped salad.

Workplace Warriors, assemble!
