They gave romance another chance, but it looks like things just aren't working out for Minka Kelly and Chris Evans.
Us Weekly reports that the couple has split again after breaking up for the first time in 2007, and reuniting in September 2012.
They say distance makes the heart grow fonder, but that doesn't seem to be the case for the pair. The 33-year-old actress is currently filming the TV series "Almost Human" in Vancouver, while Evan, 32, is about to make his directorial debut in "1:30 Train," which films in New York City. A source confirmed to E! News that their busy work schedules played a part in the breakup.
"It didn't make sense for them to be together right now," another source told Us Weekly, explaining that distance was a factor in their decision to call it quits again, and they parted on friendly terms.
Kelly seems to have a soft spot for rekindling romances. She and Evans briefly dated in 2007, and she then entered a three year relationship with Derek Jeter, before calling it quits in August 2011. The breakup was short lived, as the couple picked things up again in January 2012, before ultimately ending the romance in March of that year.
Before she gave things another shot with Evans, Kelly was linked to former "That '70s Show" star, Wilmer Valderrama. It was also reported that Kelly had a "secret hookup" with actor Jake Gyllenhaal after things didn't work out with Valderrama.
Meanwhile, Evans has also dipped more than a toe in the Hollywood dating pool. The 31-year-old "Avengers" star has dated Kate Bosworth, Jessica Biel, Gisele Bündchen, Christina Ricci and has been linked to Stacy Keibler, Emmy Rossum and Dianna Agron.
