Obama In Los Angeles: Tuesday Morning Street Restrictions

The Streets To Avoid As The President Leaves LA

President Obama will only be in Los Angeles for a short time today before flying to Denver, Colorado -- another leg on his West Coast fundraising trip.

The President is set to leave the Beverly Wilshire hotel at around 10am this morning, according to ABC News, so expect closures and congestions on Wilshire Boulevard between Rodeo Drive and Beverly Drive.

The Secret Service is not releasing the President's route to LAX, where his plane for Denver leaves at 10:30am. But Councilman Bill Rosendahl warned that Sunset Boulevard between Rodeo Drive and Barrington Avenue may be impacted from 9:30am to 10:05am, which could mean that he's taking a helicopter from the VA campus in Westwood down to LAX.

Finally, in West Hollywood, San Vicente Boulevard between Santa Monica Boulevard and Melrose Avenue will remain closed until noon -- but this appears to be unrelated to the President's visit.
