Stephen Colbert addressed Louisiana's constant bad luck, concerned that they won't have time to clean their beaches before "their next heartbreaking disaster," which he predicts could be air-borne swamp gators.
Addressing the unfortunate incidents that have been marring the oil spill containment efforts, including lightning strikes and clumsy robots, and the reports of raining oil in Louisiana, Colbert pleads, "Whoever has the cursed monkey paw, stop making wishes!"
Colbert's worst fear is that the monkey paw could lead to an uprising of undead Gulf zombie wildlife.
