This week is a busy one for music lovers in Denver.

Esperanza Spalding, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Band of Skulls, Swans, The Offspring, Jason Mraz and others are all in town this week.

At the Tattered Cover Tom Mauser, the father of Daniel Mauser--who died in the massacre at Columbine High School in 1999--is discussing and signing his book "Walking in Daniel's Shoes: A Father's Journey Through Grief, Controversy, Activism and Healing Following His Son's Death At Columbine."

On Friday Denver parties with the Bacchus Raucous at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and opens a beer at Oktoberfest.
