Packers vs. Giants LIVE UPDATES: Aaron Rodgers And Eli Manning Face Off (HIGHLIGHTS)

LIVE: Packers vs Giants

NFC Divisional Playoffs
Green Bay Packers (15-1)
vs.
New York Giants (9-7)
Lambeau Field
Green Bay, Wisconsin
4:30 P.M. EST

When these two teams met earlier this season in Week 13, fans were treated to a back-and-forth, offensive gem won by Green Bay, 38-35, in New Jersey. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers continued to play with MVP form, leading a game-winning scoring drive in the final minute. But Rodgers' New York counterpart, Eli Manning, showed himself up to the task as well. Both quarterbacks enter the game with championships on their resumes and both have designs on adding another.

After leaving the Meadowlands with that thrilling win, the Pack were tipped to finish out a perfect regular season. However, they were unexpectedly toppled by the Kansas City Chiefs. Certainly, Manning and some of his teammates know a little something about knocking off an undefeated ballclub, having famously upset the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl in 2008. Big Blue took a playoff trip to a frost-bitten Lambeau Field for the NFC Championship Game during that postseason run, upsetting Brett Favre in his last game in Green Bay.

The Packers' preparations to avoid another playoff upset at the hands of the Giants have been interrupted by the tragic death of the 21-year-old son of the offensive coordinator, Joe Philbin. Packers head coach Mike McCarthy coach called the drowning death of young Michael Philbin a "punch in the heart." The elder Philbin will reportedly be with the team today at Lambeau but there's no telling what sort of emotional toll the events of the past week have taken on him or his players.

Can Manning pull off another sub-zero stunning at Lambeau? Or are the Packers just too precise to be stopped?
