Pete Doherty was released Wednesday from a drug treatment order, ending 18 months of court supervision.
Judge Jane McIvor said she's been assured the treatment plan already in place for the 28-year-old rocker would continue.
"There is no need for statutory supervision or state funding," she said in Thames Magistrates Court.
